The brief
Celestial Farms grows organic cannabis in Jamaica at the top of the quality range, and alongside it bamboo and other local fruit and vegetables.
So the mark could not be a cannabis logo. It had to sit across an entire agricultural operation without tying itself to one crop, and hold up everywhere from a small product label to a sign at the gate.
The mark
Three leaves — one green, two deep blue — sit in a loose square, so the group reads as a plant rather than a scatter of shapes. Generic enough to cover every crop, specific enough to be theirs.
It ships in three orientations: horizontal for wide spaces, stacked for square ones, and a CFJ monogram for anything too small to hold the full name.
Construction
Drawn to a grid with a defined safe zone, so the proportions survive whoever places it next.
Colour
The deep blue is what does the work here. Green alone would have made this look like every other agriculture logo; the blue gives it weight and lets the green read as growth rather than as the whole idea.
Reversed colourways were drawn for both grounds, so the mark holds on packaging that is dark or bright.
